**Ongoing Support Packages are subject to the terms and conditions in the section below.
Ongoing HR support packages are offered on a minimum commitment of three (3) or six (6) months to allow sufficient time to provide meaningful support and advice.
After the initial period, the agreement will continue on a month-to-month basis unless cancelled with 30 days’ written notice.
Support packages include a set allocation of advisory time each month.
For example:
Unused hours do not roll over to the following month.
If support requests exceed the included monthly allocation, additional time will be billed at the standard hourly rate of $200 per hour, subject to availability and client approval.

If usage consistently exceeds the expected level for the package, we may recommend moving to a higher support tier or project-based support.
