**Ongoing Support Packages are subject to the terms and conditions in the section below.

Ongoing HR Support Terms & Conditions

1. Minimum Engagement Period

Ongoing HR support packages are offered on a minimum commitment of three (3) or six (6) months to allow sufficient time to provide meaningful support and advice.


After the initial period, the agreement will continue on a month-to-month basis unless cancelled with 30 days’ written notice.

2. Monthly Support Allocation

Support packages include a set allocation of advisory time each month.


For example:

  • Basic Support – up to 2 hours per month
  • Standard Support – up to 5 hours per month
  • Premium Support – up to 10 hours per month

Unused hours do not roll over to the following month.

3. Additional Support

If support requests exceed the included monthly allocation, additional time will be billed at the standard hourly rate of $200 per hour, subject to availability and client approval.

4. Scope of Support

Ongoing support includes:

  • General HR advice and guidance
  • Email and phone consultations
  • Review of HR documents (reasonable length)
  • Guidance on employee issues

Support packages do not include large projects such as:

  • Workplace investigations
  • Policy development projects
  • Recruitment campaigns
  • Training sessions
  • Complex termination or redundancy matters

These services will be quoted separately.

5. Response Time

We aim to respond to support requests within one business day. Urgent matters will be prioritised where possible.

Support is provided during standard business hours (Monday–Friday).

6. Fair Use

Support packages are designed to provide reasonable HR advisory support for typical small business needs.

If usage consistently exceeds the expected level for the package, we may recommend moving to a higher support tier or project-based support.

7. Communication Channels

Support is provided via:

  • Email
  • Scheduled phone calls
  • Video meetings (where appropriate)

In-person meetings may incur additional charges.

8. Payment Terms

Support packages are billed monthly in advance.

Services may be paused if invoices remain unpaid beyond 7 days of the due date.
